Families | Early 2014 – July

Here is the first blog post for the new blogging format that I mentioned yesterday. Here is a collection of family sessions that I had not yet had a chance to blog. I will put them in order taken, scroll down to view some of my favorite shots from earlier this year!

Meet little Adalee who was born earlier this year. Her parents Tina and Patrick are good friends of mine, we had her newborn session at their home in Owensville, Missouri.Jameson_Newborn-1Jameson_Newborn-80Also born earlier this year was little Jameson! How adorable is he on his father’s hat?!

Then my little handsome friend Owen turned one at the end of 2013. His mom and I took him for a few fun photos at Quail Ridge Park, right before it started to sleet on us!

I first met little Henry at his newborn session in 2013. His parents contacted me again to document his 6 month session at Faust Park. I love that plaid!!!Kayleigh_2yr-15

Kayleigh also turned 2 this year. You may remember her from the blog the couple years prior – she is getting so grown up!Vaugh_Family-17

Adalee’s 3 Month session – man it is amazing how the first year of a child’s life goes by SO fast!Beatrice_Newborn-3

Next late Spring came and little Beatrice arrived! Her mother had hired me to photograph her older sister’s one year session the year prior. When I heard a new one was arriving I was so happy to get to meet her!Zia_8months-47 2 Zia_8months-58

Little Zia! I first met her when she was 3 months old the winter before. Before I knew it, she was 8 months old and we where having her session on Main Street!Miles_1yr-10 Miles_1yr-15 Miles_1yr-105

Shortly after that it was time for little Miles to turn 1! Main Street was another great location to document his first year of life!Emma_1yr-8 Emma_1yr-51

I first met little Emma at her newborn session in 2013. I didn’t get a chance to see her again until she was 1 this past June… she had gotten SO big!Danielle_Carey-1 Danielle_Carey-62

Danielle and Carey had asked me to photograph them with their 2 dogs a couple years back. When they got the 3rd pup this year, I had the honor of having another session with them!Emmett_Newborn-1 Emmett_Newborn-58

Sam and Dave had worked with me the whole year prior for little Logan’s first year of life. The asked me this summer to have a family session with them. Faust Park made a perfect backdrop!Scarlett_3month-33 Scarlett_3month-53

Little Scarlett’s newborn session is up on the blog in another post. Here she is this past summer with her 3 month session. I love the headpieces!Liam_9month-18Liam_9month-86  Liam was another little one that I was documenting throughout his first year. For his 9 month session we had a fun play date at a family pool. It was perfect for the hot July day!Katie_Marco_Keith-36Katie_Marco_Keith-59  Katie used to live out here but moved to Mexico years back, she met the love of her life there and they had an adorable little boy named Keith! This time we met in Hermann, one of my favorite locations for photos. Look at how much she grew!
